This song was named after Rob Gaasterland's friendly cat "POOCEE" that visited us frequently in the studio while we were working. It begins with a cool beach-sound groove in a slower tempo that instantly but seamlessly continues in a faster-paced, spacious, four-on-the-floor beat with a latin bass line and disco horn section riff by Saskia on trumpet and alto sax. The interlude brings the song for a moment back to the slower cool beach-sound but the tempo picks up again for Saskia's spacious trumpet solo and horn section riffs.
